Hi,

The SectyrHub™ OPAIS workscreen provides detailed oversight of each entity’s 340B OPAIS data to save you time and help you keep your information up to date.

Did you know...

1. SectyrHub™ recognizes changes made to each entity's OPAIS data through a daily syncing process.

Items for Review are created when data in OPAIS is updated and no longer matches the information in SectyrHub™ 340B. Items for Review include:

  • New Registrations- View and confirm newly registered contract pharmacies and child sites as they are approved in OPAIS.

  • Discrepancies- Catch and review changes made to existing OPAIS information like NPIs, addresses, and contacts.

2. Entities can now dictate which locations impact SectyrHub™ deficiency tracking logic.

Because the OPAIS Database includes data for terminated child sites and pharmacies, SectyrHub™ defaults to expect coverage for these terminated locations. Through the OPAIS workscreen, users can indicate which locations should be monitored, and which archived. Check out the chart below to understand what it means for SectyrHub™ to monitor a location.

Organization Oversight - The System Perspective

For those working with multiple covered entities, you can utilize the System dashboard and/or your User dashboard to view which of your covered entities have outstanding Items for Review related to OPAIS.

Click the Items for Review tile under the OPAIS banner to see a full listing of the covered entities at your organization that have outstanding Items for Review.

From the listing, click the red numbers in the Issues column to access an entity’s OPAIS workscreen directly and see more information.

Compliance

Not sure how long to maintain records for terminated child sites and contract pharmacies? HRSA can audit as far back as three years or your last HRSA audit; however, some organizations set different expectations for maintaining historical records based on site-specific risk factors.

Sectyr™ recommends 340B compliance teams and leadership collaborate to determine what is appropriate for your organization— Keep in mind that it may vary site-to-site.
