Hi,

In addition to the guided workflows for entity specific HRSA requirements, SectyrHub 340B includes Independent Workscreens which take the guess work out of finding your supplemental 340B documentation.

Did you know...

1. The Independent Workscreens serve as a catch-all for documentation related to your 340B Program that is not directly addressed by the guided requirement workflows .

Each covered entity can have multiple Independent Workscreens, and each workscreen can house multiple documents.

Think of each workscreen as a folder where you can store related documents such as provider lists, purchasing documentation, and historic reports.

Because each covered entity has a dedicated section for its Independent Workscreens, you and your team can easily access and review documentation from a single location.

2. Sectyr recently added a new feature to the Independent Workscreens – Color-coded categories .

You asked and we listened! SectyrHub 340B users with access to the Independent Workscreens can now customize color-coded categories to better organize and review documentation.

The Independent Workscreen listing page (accessed from each covered entity’s dashboard), provides a comprehensive view of all workscreens.

Pro Tip: Utilize the column headers to sort and filter workscreens based on the Name/ Category etc.

Organization Oversight - The System Perspective

For those working with multiple covered entities, you can utilize the System dashboard and/or your User dashboard to view which of your covered entities are utilizing the Independent Workscreens.

Click the Independent Workscreens tile to see a full listing of the covered entities at your organization who are using the Independent Workscreens and drill down to specific entities.
