Independent Workscreens Tile and Listing Page

Description: This article explains the Independent Workscreens( IW) tile and listing page at the Covered Entity level. Independent Workscreens are not required for any covered entities; however, a CE may find it helpful to include supplemental information related to the 340B Program within the solution.

Independent Workscreens are general records/ portfolios that allow for the storage and review of 340B-related documentation. 

IW Tile:

This tile will display the number of records related to independent work screens that have been created. Click the tile to access the IW listing page. *Access is from the covered entity level. 

IW Listing Page:

The listing will display the names of each workscreen, its color-code category, its last updated date, the total number of documents included, and the actions that can be taken. Click on the hyperlinked name to view the details of the workscreen. 

Because Independent Workscreens are general portfolios for 340B related information and do not have specific workflows, issues are not listed.
