Policies & Procedures Tile and Listing Page

Description: This article explains the policies & procedures (P&P) tile and listing page at the Covered Entity level. Policies & procedures will be required for all covered entities.

 

Policies & Procedures Tile:

This tile will display the number of records and the number of issues associated with the P&P requirements. Click the tile to access the P&P listing page.

 

P&P Listing Page: 

Missing Coverage Table: 

When applicable, a table reading “Missing Coverage” will display at the top of the listing page. The table will outline which required policies & procedures elements have not yet been addressed. 

Workscreen listings:  

The listings show the entity’s P&P workscreens and are broken out into two tabs: Active and Archived. 

The listing will display the names of each workscreen, its last updated date, next review date, termination date, amendments, included coverage, issues, and the actions that can be taken (Edit, copy and paste, archive, and delete, respectively).  

Click on the hyperlinked name to view the details of the workscreen.   

Within each listing, the issues count will be displayed in red and yellow or in green. Green signifies that no issues have been recognized within the workscreen. If issues have been recognized within the workscreen, red and yellow boxes will display the number of issues that fall into each category.   

Create a New Workscreen:  

To create a new workscreen, click the "New Workscreen" button located at the top right of the listing table.  

Archive a Workscreen: 

Click the bell icon to archive a workscreen. This will move the workscreen under the archived tab.  

Archived workscreens will not be included on the issues count on the dashboards or digest. Any coverage within the archived workscreens is not included in SectyrHub’s rules-based logic checks.  

To unarchive a workscreen, click the bell icon next to the archived workscreen. This will move the workscreen under the active tab. 

Copy and Paste:  

Complete the following steps to copy and paste the workscreen to other covered entities.

      1. Click the blue clipboard icon to copy and paste the workscreen to other covered entities. You will be directed to a list of all available covered entities. 
      2. Check the box for the entities that should have an identical copy.
        Click the "Perform Copy" button. The workscreen and its related documents will then be available at the selected entities.
          • For covered entities that have an existing template with the same name, you will have the option to save as new or overwrite the existing copy.
          • Note that, if changes are made to a template after a copy has been performed, the changes will not copy over.
