Description: The following steps will guide you through the process of creating a Master Documents workscreen accessed from the System level. The Master Documents Workscreens provide system users with the opportunity to manage documents that apply to more than one covered entity from a single location.
All required fields are indicated by a red asterisk (*).
To save your work at any time, click the "Save and Continue" or “Save and Exit” button located at the bottom of the screen.
- Clicking the “Save and Continue” button will save your work while remaining on the same workscreen.
- Clicking the “Save and Exit” button will save your work then redirect you to the listing page.
(Tip: Click the information icons available throughout the workscreen to see additional information.)
- Navigate to the System dashboard and click the "Master Documents Workscreens" tile.
- Click the "New Workscreens" button to create a new workscreen.
- Give the workscreen a Name as this is a required field before saving.
- Click the "Upload New File" button to add any related document(s). Note: multiple files may be uploaded at one time.
- Enter the Description, Type, and Status for each uploaded document.
- If desired, enter a general Description for the workscreen.
- If applicable, include a Point of Contact by clicking the "Add Contact" button and entering the contact information
- Indicate the Related Requirement by selecting one of the options from the dropdown. The uploaded documents will be available to reference for the workscreens of the selected requirement type.

Select the Covered Entities that should have access to the uploaded documents from the dropdown.
- The dropdown will show you all covered entities within the system, including the 340B ID, name, and entity type.
- To filter the covered entities, enter a key term and click the "Set Filter" button.
- Once the entities have been filtered, click the "Add Selected" button to add the entity displayed in the drop down or the "Add All" button to add all of the entities that appear in the drop down.
- Once completed, click the "Save" button. The Master Documents workscreen (and its included documents) will then be available to reference within the related requirement workscreens for the selected covered entities.
