Description: This article explains the Recertification Overview table and Recertification Key Dates table displayed on the user dashboard. The purpose of these tables is to provide users with a high level overview of what key dates and events related to recertification for all covered entities to which the user has access. These tables are driven by the information added to each covered entity dashboard.
Recertification Overview Table:
This table will display a recertification status and the number of covered entities that fall into each status.
To view the covered entities that fall into each status, click the hyperlinked status name. This will take you to a listing page where you can see all covered entities that fall into the category. Click the covered entity name to access the covered entity dashboard.
The Recertification statuses are as follows:

Awaiting Window: The window for recertification has not been indicated.

Upcoming: The window has been set but it is not yet time for the entity to recertify. The covered entity should be preparing to complete steps within OPAIS.

Recertify Now: The window is established and open. The covered entity can now complete the steps within OPAIS.

Pending OPAIS Approval: The window is open, and the covered entity marked that the Authorizing Official (AO) has attested within OPAIS. Once the OPAIS sync pulls in a new "last recertified date," the status will cycle back to Awaiting Window and the recertification record will be archived.
Recertification Key Dates Table:
This table will list out each covered entity and the date by which it must recertify. Click the name to access the covered entity dashboard.
