Recertification Tiles and Listing Page

Description: This article explains the recertification tiles and listing page at the covered entity level. 

Recertification Tiles:

Dependent upon where the entity is at during the recertification cycle, it is possible that there will be either one or two recertification tiles located on the covered entity dashboard. 

At all times, a recertification tile can be located at the bottom of the covered entity dashboard tiles. The purple tile will show the total number of records (cycles of recertification) that are within the solution for the covered entity. Click the tile to be taken to the recertification listing page. 

If the entity is in an active compliance status for the recertification, a tile will be located at the top of the covered entity dashboard. This tile will display the status of the open recertification window (Upcoming, Recertify Now, Pending OPAIS Approval). Click this tile to be taken directly to the open recertification workflow.  Click the pencil icon located by the 340B ID at the top of the screen to enter edit mode.

Recertification Listing Page:

The listing will display the window dates, the last updated date, the current step in the cycle, and the actions that can be taken. It is possible that several archived recertification cycles will be listed here.

Click on the hyperlinked dates to view the details of the workscreens for a given timeframe. Click the pencil to be taken to an edit view of the same workscreens.

To sort the workscreens in ascending or descending order, click the desired column header. To filter workscreens, click the magnifying glass icon for the desired column header, enter your search phrase, and press enter on your keyboard.
