Description: This article explains the document repository located at the bottom of the System and Covered Entity dashboards.  Any documents uploaded to the solution will be pulled over into the repository which allows for a quick search based on different variables.

The repository on the System level dashboard will display all the documents in the system and the repository on the CE level will display the documents for that CE. The user roles will also dictate what can be seen. (For example, if you do not have access to the Policies and Procedures, you will not be able to see any of the documents added to the Policies and Procedures section within the repository.) 

The table will show 10 documents unless changed by the numerical drop down. The table can be sorted by covered entity, related to, workscreen, name, upload date, type, and status. 

Clicking on the Covered Entity will direct you to the Covered Entity Dashboard, clicking on the work screen will take you to the work screen where the document resides and clicking the document name will download the document directly to your computer.
