Description: This article explains the information available in the Covered Entity Admin Settings.
To access the Covered Entity Admin Settings, click the pencil icon next to the CE's name and 340B ID (This will only be available to users with admin permissions). This will direct you to the Admin Settings where high level information about your entity can be viewed and updated.
View 340B ID and Program Type: The values reflect the information used to pull entity information from OPAIS. It cannot be edited. If you have concerns with the 340B ID, please contact Sectyr Support by opening a ticket below.
Nickname: This can be changed per entity and the value will be reflected in the entity listings and navigation breadcrumbs at the top of the dashboard.
Medicaid Carve-In Review: This is where the optional Medicaid Carve-In workflow can be enabled/disabled. Learn more about this workflow in the article: How To: Turning on/off the Medicaid Carve-In Review Workflow
Control Type: This value needs to be set for the entity and kept up to date for any changes that are made. Select the proper control type for the covered entity from the dropdown. The selected control type will help determine eligibility requirements. It will also populate on the MCR workscreens where the user will validate that the values match between this setting and what is printed on the actual Medicare Cost Report.
Program Benefit Logs: This provides the option to enter the annual program benefit for the past four years. Select the year, enter the value, and click the Add New Benefit button. This information will feed onto the Executive Dashboard.
