Module Summary
340B
  • Follow Up Dashboard: Resolved filtering and display issues with status indicators and hamburger buttons.
  • Notifications: Fixed broken links in 340B Digest email to allow access from notification.
  • Workscreen: Updated workscreen layout for consistent display of Description and Comment fields. Description appears below the workscreen name, and Comment appears at the bottom of the page.
    This change also allows the Description to display with the name on the listing page for each workscreen and includes Description and Comment information on Reports.
LicenseTrak Accreditation
  • Dashboard: Improved icon display for consistency and added bulk deactivate functionality for GA and Sectyr users on the Planning Page View.  Available action icons displays are determined by the status of the instances within the series regardless of the selected date range. 
    • Calendar, List, Card Views
      • If all instances in the series are open (due, overdue, future due, dismissed, or pending), four (4) icons display to allow user to edit, deactivate (or reactivate), delete, or show task series. All views display same four icons.
      • If any instance in the series has a completed or IAA status, three (3) icons display to allow user to edit, deactivate (or reactivate), or show task series. All views display the same three icons. Note: page refresh may be needed.
    • Planning Page
      • If all instances in the series are open (due, overdue, future due, dismissed, or pending), four (4) icons display to allow user to edit, deactivate or reactivate (individually), select via checkbox for bulk action, or delete.
      • If any instance in the series has a completed or IAA status, three (3) icons display to allow user to edit, deactivate (or reactivate) (individually), or select via checkbox for bulk action.
        Note: Delete option is not available when any instance in the series has been documented (closed).
  • Notifications: When "Send Email reminder when overdue" option is NOT checked on task series, exclude overdue task instances from the Overdue Assigned Accreditation Tasks Reminder email. If unchecked the assignee will not receive an email. Overdue tasks are included on the Overdue Accreditation Tasks Daily Summary for administrative user regardless of checkbox status.
  • Reporting: Default Report screen display sort improvements.
  • Task Elements: Resolve issue with "Undo" option in task elements of task instance where subsequent selections do not function (e.g., Complete All).
  • Task Series: Improved message options indicating an assignment row is locked vs deleted.

LicenseTrak Core

  • Dashboard and Locations Page: Improved State OIV filter functionality when Trak item does not include a State field.
  • Dashboard and Locations Page: Replaced Blank (" ") state selection option in the State filter with "No State Selected" to allow filtering to items without a state selection.
  • Dashboard and Locations Page: Updated the OIV sort "Expiry Date" to "Expiration Date" and improved associated sort function.
  • Dashboard and Locations Page: Utilized ellipsis and hover text options for fields with long text to improve Card View display.
  • Dashboard and Locations Page: Improved Search and Sort functionality for "AutoVer Status" field.
  • Profiles: Improved the Filter and Sort functionality for "AutoVer Status" field.
  • Individuals Page: Prevent Individuals from being deleted from any of the three tables on the Individuals page. Contact support to delete duplicate records if needed.
  • Locations Page: Improvement in Location selection option so that All Locations load to page as expected after selecting and displaying one location.
  • Locations Page: Remove the ability to Renew in bulk on the Locations Page to avoid bulk renewals without attestation and due to limited use with AutoVer. No impact on Renew functionality at item level.
    Locations and Individuals Pages: provide bulk deselect functionality where bulk selection options exist to improve overall Select/Deselect functionality.
  • Location Profile and Reporting: Created a new section profile section with fields to include ownership or leadership roles that may need to be reported to licensing agencies with license renewal. Modified the Location List Report to include each role and individual entered by location. Created a new report that includes selected facility license fields plus location profile fields on one report, useful for providing required data to licensing agency.
  • Permissions: GA User Account changes limited to Sectyr Admin User to prevent unintentional account issues.
  • Profiles: Added sort and filter options for AutoVer Date column on profile tables (locations and individuals). Remove AutoVer Date column from Individuals Certifications table.
  • Profiles: Improved sort and filter functionality for custom Trak items.
  • Profiles and Reporting: Updated attestation display for Individual Other To-Trak Items and Individual Training with Attestation options (when bulk renew function was used to complete an item without an attestation). Display nothing (blank) in the Attested field/ column:
    • If the Training or Other To-Trak item does not have an attestation option (e.g., Medicaid exclusions).
    • If the Training or Other To-Trak item with an attestation option does NOT have a Completion Date (is an Open item).
    • If the Training or Other To-Trak item with an attestation option has a Completion Date and the database response for Attestation is No.
    • Display "Yes" in the Attested field/column if the item has a Completion Date and the database response for Attestation is Yes.
  • Trak Item: Added a toggle to the individual license and registration item to allow an optional notification when item is added, edited, or renewed.
  • Trak Item: Improved expiration date and countdown display functionality for custom Trak items.
  • Trak Item: Modified the display of added picklist items for Location Other License or Items to show the Item Display Name instead of the Item ID (dashboard, locations page, location profile, exported reports).
  • Trak Item: Provided an assignment option for Core Packages and One Items that includes both Location and Class/Role.
  • Trak Item and Reporting: Added new fields Effective Date and/or Date Issued to Trak items where not previously present. Allows customer to enter current term begin date in Effective Date and original issue date in Date Issued. Both date options consistently present and visible on reports.
  • Reporting: Added individual's name to Overdue Renewals report for individual items.
  • Reporting: Added Location and Documents fields on Facility Membership Custom Report display and exports.
  • Reporting: Added "Name on License" to exported reports for Location DEA and Facility License Trak items.
  • Reporting: Added space between words in Individual Role display of Staff Listing Report export.
  • Reporting: Custom Reports field (Documents) displays a file name for each document uploaded to the item. Correcting an issue where a file uploaded with the initial save is not listed.
  • Reporting: Improved the screen display for Custom Report field Affidavit on File (Yes, No, Completed).
  • Reporting: Included License Number on screen display of Facility License Custom Report.
  • Reporting: Limited Preset AutoVer Log report to Global Admin Users.
  • Reporting: Minor changes for selected exported reports to improve consistency or display of information.
  • Reporting: Modified report options to allow selection of Library, LMS, Training in Training Program Report.
  • Reporting: Modified Trak Item Status on screen display of Individual Custom Report for active Trak items to reflect accurate information.
  • Reporting: Revisions in Vendor Management Trak items export to include Vendor Type, License Type, License Number, and Completion Date.
  • Reporting: Worksheet "Location Permission Listing" was added to Locations Listing Preset Report to report permissions by module for all location/individual combinations.
LicenseTrak Core AutoVer
  • AutoVer: Changes made to allow AV-enabled items with Sectyr-managed manual screenshot uploads and status to include "/DA" flag.
  • AutoVer: Functionality change to allow bulk AutoVer submission on the Locations page for Global Admins. Functionality was previously limited to Sectyr Users.
  • AutoVer: Improved the AutoVer History access to supporting screenshot with a new "View" hyperlink (in addition to "Download Document"). Mirrors the functionality present on administrative (GA/LA) Info icon.
    AutoVer: Improved the screen display of the PSV screenshot to include entire image.
  • AutoVer: New License Type "Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner" added to allow seamless AV processing for the license type.
  • AutoVer: New License Type "Pharmacy Technician Trainee" added to support seamless AV processing for the license type.
LicenseTrak Incident Management
  • Dashboard Display and Reporting: Added a filter option to the dashboard with a new option "Ticket Type" to allow customers with more than one type to filter by type. Added a new option within Custom Reports to allow a consolidated report for all ticket types to be run and exported in a single worksheet.
  • Default Dashboard: Default ticket display is limited to most recent full 12 months plus current month. Two buttons in upper left corner of Dashboard exist to toggle between the default display and all tickets: Recent Tickets and All Tickets. Benefits include decreased initial page load time, display focused on most current tickets with option to display older tickets when needed.
  • Reporting: Added PDF export option for Custom Incident Tracking reports.
  • Reporting: Added two calculated fields (New -to-Resolved Days and Incident-to-Resolved Days) to each Ticket Type Custom Report with calculated intervals displayed for Resolved and Closed status tickets.
  • Reporting: Aligned summary calculations with correct columns in Ticket Resolution Turnaround Time report.
  • Reporting: Created new preset report to list Settings Category selections and in-use status. Provides better visibility to settings and use of current settings.
  • Reporting: Made minor corrections in Incident Ticket custom report dropdowns.
  • Reporting: Revised the Ticket Resolution Turnaround Time Report to include ticket type and location with each ticket (row) and limit the tickets included on the report to those that are in resolved or closed status.
  • Reporting: Updated Incident Tracking Report to include all tickets by preventing errors due to embedded characters causing specific tickets to be excluded.
  • Ticket: Added a free text field "Other Involved People" to the Hazardous Spill Ticket Type, after the Spill Team section. Information is visible within the ticket but not displayed on screen or in exported reports.
LicenseTrak Library
  • Assignments: Modified functionality to allow library training items to be assigned with optional email notification.
LicenseTrak: multiple modules
  • Reporting: Added user feedback indicator that the custom report is generating.
Platform
  • Emails: Improved management of email changes when mixed case email format is updated to lower case.
