Specific Considerations

  • License Type AutoVer permissions for PTCB and ExCPT
  • Certifications are processed as licenses in bulk or batch each month
  • Submit once when initially entered, then process occurs in batch within each month

PSV Website or Communications issues

  • Indication of a known issue is provided as “Status (PSV Delay)” in the AutoVer Status where Status=last reported status.
  • Info Button information includes a note describing the "Status (PSV Delay)" status indicator.
  • Items with this indicator do not need to be reported to support as they are known issues.
  • In the unlikely event that an issue persists so that no AutoVer result is available for the current month, Sectyr follows an alternative process that provides a verification result for the month.
