340B SHUB-A2 Enhanced Auditing Workflow

Sectyr has created an enhanced auditing workflow. The existing auditing workflow is still available, however the new workflow can be enabled for covered entities as well. This enhanced tool includes:

Sample selector  

  • Randomize a sample based on percent or a flat number 
  • Set up rules to auto-select random samples that meet criteria you set (Ex: Give me 10 high-cost drugs that are a zero fill, 10% of all transactions that originated from location X, and all transactions for provider Y) 

Data mappings and customizable eligibility points  

  • Accommodate data from multiple sources  
  • Track compliance trends across audits  

Audit dashboard  

  • Oversight of all open and complete audits for the year with drill-down capability 

Post-Audit Follow Up Dashboard   

  • Ensure necessary follow-up occurs on ineligible or problematic samples with high-level visibility into causes of ineligibility
