How To: Turning on/off the Medicaid Carve-In Review Workflow

Description: The Medicaid Carve-In workflow is an optional workflow within SectyrHub designed to help covered entities review and confirm NPIs and Medicaid billing numbers on a consistent basis.

Because it is an optional workflow, it will not display for use until it is enable in the Admin Settings for the covered entity. 

To enable this workflow: 

1. Navigate to the Covered Entity dashboard.
2. Click the Pencil icon located by the covered entity name at the top of the screen.
   • Don't see the pencil icon? If you are not an admin user, it will not be visible. Please reach out to your team's admin user. With their confirmation, Sectyr Support is happy to enable the workflow on your behalf. 
3. On the Edit Entity Info tab under the Medicaid Carve-In Reviews header, click the toggle to switch the workflow from Off to On. 
4. Click the Save button located at the bottom of the page. 
5. The Medicaid Carve-In workflow will then be available for use and accessible from the covered entity's dashboard.

To disable this workflow: 

1. Navigate to the Covered Entity dashboard.
2. Click the Pencil icon located by the covered entity name at the top of the screen.
   • Don't see the pencil icon? If you are not an admin user, it will not be visible. Please reach out to your team's admin user. With their confirmation, Sectyr Support is happy to disable the workflow on your behalf. 
3. On the Edit Entity Info tab under the Medicaid Carve-In Reviews header, click the toggle to switch the workflow from On to Off. 
4. Click the Save button located at the bottom of the page. 
5. The Medicaid Carve-In workflow will then be removed and no longer produce deficiencies.
