Description: This article explains the schedule for reminder emails
Email reminds will be sent to the user the task is assigned to and any subscribers to the task based on the following schedule:
Monthly Tasks - Reminder will be sent the day the tasks open and one day before the tasks are due.
Quarterly Tasks - Reminder will be sent the day the tasks open and one day before the tasks are due.
Semi-Annual Tasks - Reminder will be sent the day the tasks open, weekly, and one day before the tasks are due.
Annual Tasks - Reminder will be sent the day the tasks open, weekly, and one day before the tasks are due.
Pre-OSV Tasks - Reminder will be sent the day the tasks open and one day before the tasks are due.
Note: if all tasks have been completed, there will be no further reminder emails.
