Description: This article explains how to configure continuous compliance tasking

Step 1: Click on the "tasking administration" checkmark icon in the left menu bar.

Step 2: Click "assign tasks" in the Table of Contents on the left, and a list of the chapters will open.

Step 3: Click on the chapter you wish to assign tasks for.

Step 4:  Click on either the dropdown arrow for "Assign All" or the arrow next to the document or question you want to task individually. If you assign all tasks to one person, you can still edit individual tasks that go to other people or need to be done at different frequencies.

Step 5: Choose an existing group to add the tasks to, or click "create new task group" in the dropdown. A popup will appear. Click the gray arrows to select an assignee and recurrence interval. You can also add  subscribers who will receive the task reminder emails.

Step 7: Any task groups you set up will be visible to use to assign each document or question. They will be visible in the drop downs.
