            Description: This article explains user rolls as well as the processes for getting new user(s) added to SectyrHub 330, changing a user's access, and having a user removed. 

             

            Users can be assigned one of the following roles:

            Admin: Only admin users can make requests to add/remove users, set up task schedules, and assign tasks. They can also do everything described below. 

            Full View, Full Edit: These users can answer all questions and add/remove all documents. They can also use everything within the OSV and CAP features.

            Full View, Task Edit: These users can see everything but can only make changes to documents and questions specifically assigned to them.

            Task View, Task Edit: These users can only see and mane changes to the questions and documents assigned to them.

             

            Add New Users/ Update Existing Users

            To get a new user added or to change a user's access, please copy and paste this chart, fill it out, and send it to  Support@Sectyr.Zendesk.com or open a ticket.

            Remove a User

            To have a user's access removed, please send a request including their name and email address to  Support@Sectyr.Zendesk.com or open a ticket.
