Applies to: Service Providers, System Users, Covered Entity Users with admin permissions

Description: This article explains the process for getting new user(s) added to the SectyrHub solution.

To request new users, please send the following information to Sectyr Support at Support@Sectyr.Zendesk.com or open a ticket. 

Name

Title

Email

Phone Number

Level of Access*

Role**

 

 

 

 

 

 

*Level of Access determines the “Where.” Please indicate where the user should be set up. (Example: Will the user be set up for the system, a single entity, or multiple entities?) Please note that only users with admin permissions may request new users. If you do not have admin permissions and require additional users, Sectyr Support must confirm with your admin prior to adding the new user(s). 

**Role determines the “What.” Please indicate what the user should be able to see/edit. You can use general terms or granular descriptions. (Example: Person 1: View only; Person 2: Full view/edit; Person 3: Full view, only edit for audits.)
