Vendor Agreement Tile and Listing Page

Description: This article explains the vendor agreements tile and listing page at the Covered Entity level. Vendor agreements are not required for any covered entities; however, a CE may find it helpful to include the agreements within the solution.

Vendor Agreement Tile:

This tile will display the number of records/workscreens related to vendor agreements that have been created. Click the tile to access the listing page.

Vendor Agreement Listing Page:

The listing will display the names of each workscreen, its last updated date, next review date, termination date, amendments, and the actions that can be taken. Click on the hyperlinked name to view the details of the workscreen. 

Because vendor agreements are not requested during a HRSA audit, issues are not listed.
