Indigent Care Agreement Tile and Listing Page

Description: This article explains the Indigent Care Agreement (ICA) tile and listing page at the Covered Entity level. An Indigent Care Agreement will be required for all covered entities that are private non-profit hospitals.

 

ICA Tile: 

This tile will display the number of records and the number of issues associated with the ICA requirements. Click the tile to access the ICA listing page. 

ICA Listing Page: 

Missing Coverage Table: 

When applicable, a table reading “Missing Coverage” will display at the top of the listing page. The table will outline what needs to be addressed for the requirement. 

Workscreen Listing: 

The listing will display the names of each workscreen, its last updated date, next review date, termination date, issues, and the actions that can be taken. Click on the hyperlinked name to view the details of the workscreen. Click the pencil to edit the workscreen. 

Within each workscreen listing, the issues count will be displayed in red and yellow or in green. Green signifies that no issues have been recognized within the workscreen. If issues have been recognized within the workscreen, red and yellow boxes will display the number of issues that fall into each category.  Red represents issues that should be addressed immediately and yellow represents less time-sensitive issued.   

Create a New Workscreen: 

To create a new ICA workscreen, click the New Workscreen button located at the top right of the listing table.
