Related to Product: SectyrHub 340B
Applies to: System Users, Covered Entity Users with admin permissions.
Description:This article explains the levels of access and user roles that determine how users can interact with the solution.
In order to have a new user added to the solution, the level of access and user role are needed.
Level of Access
Level of access determines the “Where.” Users set up at the system level will have access to the dashboards for all covered entities included within the system. Users set up at the entity level will have access to the specific covered entity where access has been granted.
It is possible to provide a user with access to multiple covered entities without providing access to the entirety of the system.
User Roles
The user role determines the “What.” The user role determines what actions/permissions the user will have within SectyrHub 340B. The roles can be expansive to allow the user to access all sections within the solution, or they can be extremely detailed to limit the user to specific sections.
When the roles are created, you can determine what the user can see and what the user can edit. User roles can be specifically tailored to a user.
For instance, some users may have view and edit permissions in all sections while others may only have permission to view. For example, it is possible to create a role so that a user can view everything but only edit audits.
For reference, the various permissions are broken up into the following sections:
- Admin (If a user has admin permissions, they can update entity settings, add new users, and update user roles.)
- Announcements View/Edit
- Audits View/Edit
- Audit Templates View/Edit
- HRSA Audits View/Edit
- Independent Workscreens View/Edit
- Indigent Care Agreements View/Edit
- Master Documents View/Edit
- Medicare Cost Report View/Edit
- OPAIS Discrepancies View/Edit
- Policies & Procedures View/Edit
- Pharmacy Services Agreements View/Edit
- Recertification View/Edit
