Description: This article explains the ways in which issues are represented within the Indigent Care Agreement workflows accessed from the Covered Entity level.
Issues are created based on rules-based logic built into the solution. Issues can be related to missing coverage regarding a requirement workflow, or they can be specific to a workscreen.
The following table lists out all issues you may encounter regarding the Indigent Care Agreement:
Issue Name |
Where it is Found (when present) |
Cause and Resolution |
|---|---|---|
Missing Coverage, New ICA Needed |
ICA listing page > Missing Coverage table |
When no workscreen has been created, or when the previous workscreen reaches the termination date, an issue will be created, prompting the user to add a new workscreen for a newly created Indigent Care Agreement and its related information.
Draft Documents Exist |
ICA listing page > workscreens table > right column, workscreen-specific |
When a document is left in a draft state, an issue is created to prompt users to get the document to a finalized state. If the document is complete and operationalized, update the status to Final. If a new version of the document is needed, update as necessary and mark as Final once complete.
No Document Marked as Original |
ICA listing page > workscreens table > right column, workscreen-specific
When no documents are marked as Original (meaning the original document rather than an amendment), an issue is created. Each workscreen will require a document labeled as Original Final. |
Requires Review
ICA listing page > workscreens table > right column, workscreen-specific
When the review date is within 60 days, an issue will be created and displayed in yellow, indicating that it needs attention. When the review date has passed, the issue will display in red, indicating that review is past due. The review date is entered manually to ensure that the workscreen is reviewed at necessary intervals. Once the workscreen and document are reviewed and determined to be in good standing, update the next review date.
Meets Requirements Not Confirmed |
ICA listing page > workscreens table > right column, workscreen-specific
When the “Meets all compliance elements” checkbox is left unchecked, an issue will be created. The user must confirm that the agreement covers all items expected by HRSA prior to checking the box. Click the information icon to see a breakdown of expected elements.
No Signatory Name Listed
ICA listing page > workscreens table > right column, workscreen-specific
When no signatory name is listed, an issue will be created. The user must enter in the name of the signatory.
No Signatory Title Listed
ICA listing page > workscreens table > right column, workscreen-specific
When no signatory title is listed, an issue will be created. The user must enter in the title of the signatory.
Government Contact Info Missing |
ICA listing page > workscreens table > right column, workscreen-specific
When the fields for government contact title, name, phone number, or email are missing, an issue will be created. The user must enter information into these fields. Extension is not a field that will produce an issue. |
