Missing Coverage, Contract Pharmacies not covered
PSA listing page > Missing Coverage table
When a contract pharmacy is not associated with an active PSA workscreen, an issue is created. The solution will require that each monitored contract pharmacy is associated with an active PSA workscreen. To resolve this issue, associate the contract pharmacy to the PSA workscreen that addresses the pharmacy. This may require the addition of a new PSA workscreen.

Draft Documents Exist
PSA listing page > workscreens table > right column, workscreen-specific
When a document is left in a draft state, an issue is created to prompt users to get the document to a finalized state. If the document is complete and operationalized, update the status to Executed. If a new version of the document is needed, update as necessary and mark as Executed once complete.

No Document Marked as Original
PSA listing page > workscreens table > right column, workscreen-specific
When no documents are marked as Original (meaning the original document rather than an amendment), an issue is created. Each PSA workscreen will require a document labeled as Original Executed.

Requires Review
PSA listing page > workscreens table > right column, workscreen-specific
When the review date is within 60 days, an issue will be created and displayed in yellow, indicating that it needs attention. When the review date has past, the issue will display in red, indicating that review is past due. The review date is entered manually to ensure that the workscreen is reviewed at necessary intervals. Once the workscreen and document are reviewed and determined to be in good standing, update the next review date.

No Pharmacies Referenced
PSA listing page > workscreens table > right column, workscreen-specific
When no contract pharmacies are referenced within the PSA, an issue is created. A PSA workscreen can reference one or more contract pharmacies. Select the pharmacies that are within the PSA document from the Referenced Pharmacies dropdown within the workscreen. By associating the pharmacies, the solution can determine that all pharmacies have the necessary coverage.

No Child Sites Referenced
PSA listing page > workscreens table > right column, workscreen-specific
When no child sites are referenced within the PSA, an issue is created, prompting the user to determine how the agreement refers to child sites. There are three options:
-
“Yes”- The agreement covers all child sites. This informs the solution that you have the necessary coverage in-place for the child sites.
-
“No”- If the child sites are listed within the agreement, reference the child sites to the agreement through the same process as referencing contract pharmacies as listed above. If child sites are not addressed, a deficiency will be created.
-
“No – Entity has determined child site language not needed” - The agreement intentionally does not address child sites. If selected, provide a reason for not including child site language.

Unverified Associated Pharmacies
PSA listing page > workscreens table > right column, workscreen-specific
Once the appropriate pharmacies have been referenced within the workscreen, the user must confirm that the name and address for each active pharmacy matches between OPAIS and the agreement. When the confirmation checkbox is unchecked, an issue is created, prompting the user to confirm the information. An amendment may be needed to correct information that does not align. This issue does not apply to terminated pharmacies.
