Description: This article explains the content of the user digest which provides an overview of compliance status and events.   

Access the digest by clicking the digest icon on the sidebar navigation (3rd icon).  

Compliance Status:  

The Compliance status provides an overview of all entities to which the user has access. It consists of Active Announcements, Active Compliance Events, Open Audits, Workscreen Status, OPAIS Status and Open Tasks. 

Tips:  You can navigate back to the top of the page by clicking the (Top) link at the header of each section. Clicking the name of a system or entity will take you to the related dashboard.  

You can receive the digest via email on a recurring basis. To schedule an email of the digest: 

1. Select which day(s) of the week the email will be sent.  
2. Click “Save Schedule.” Please note it can take up to 3 days to receive the first digest email after you have completed the scheduling process. 

Active Announcements: The active announcements that have been posted by your system administrators and the Sectyr team will display in this table with the most recent at the top.  

Active Compliance Events: This table displays all active compliance events (HRSA audits and recertifications) for your entities.  

Open Audits: This table lists out the number of open audits for each covered entity.  

Overdue Open Audits: This table displays the number of overdue open audits for each covered entity. Access the overdue audits from the covered entity’s dashboard under the auditing table.  

Workscreen Status: This table provides an overview of requirement workscreen completion. The percentage is calculated as number of completed issues/fields over all issues/fields.  

OPAIS Status: This table displays the total OPAIS items for review for each covered entity.  

Open Tasks: This table displays the total open tasks that you are assigned/following as well as all other tasks.  

Overdue Tasks: This table lists out the number of overdue open tasks for each covered entity.
