The dashboard icon will open a panel that lists out the dashboards relevant to the user and the system. If the user has access to the given dashboard, it will be listed in blue. Click the name of the dashboard to navigate to it. Click the arrows to the right to expand a section and display the dashboards that are nested within it. On the sidebar on the left of the screen, the fourth icon (star) opens a panel that lists out your favorited pages. To favorite a page, click the star icon located on the top right of the screen when on the page you wish to favorite. | SHUB-268 | Closing a HRSA audit workflow- Dates no longer required |
Users now have the flexibility to close a HRSA audit or mock HRSA audit prior to entering the results or post-audit dates. This is completed on the Audit Results tab of the HRSA/ mock HRSA audit workflow. The audit can be closed at any time after the on-site date. If a user tries to close an audit before the dates/results have been entered, they will receive a pop-up confirmation. Sectyr recommends entering all information prior to closing the audit. | SHUB-269 | Pharmacy Services Agreement (PSA) workscreen- New option in "All Inclusive" dropdown |
Within the PSA workscreen, users now have a third option to indicate how the agreement addresses child sites: the agreement intentionally only provides coverage for the parent location. If this option is selected, a text box appears to provide further information if desired. No deficiencies are created when this option is selected. More information: How To: PSAs |
| SHUB-271 | OPAIS Workscreen- Export OPAIS data |
Users can now download comprehensive lists of OPAIS information from SectyrHub from the OPAIS workscreen (aligned with the monitored and archived tabs). Upon clicking the download button, you can select to export an Excel of the sites and/or contract pharmacies. If both are selected, they will appear on separate tabs of the Excel spreadsheet. Please note that the information in the exported spreadsheet is a direct reflection of the information in the tables. Sectyr recommends addressing any discrepancies and/or new registrations to keep the data as a direct reflection of the OPAIS data. More information: How To: Exporting OPAIS Data |

| SHUB-258 | Archive Workscreens (Pharmacy Services Agreements and Policies and Procedures) |
Users can archive PSA and P&P workscreens to show historical documentation that they may have at one time used the solution to track but is no longer relevant to their active 340B Program. By archiving a workscreen, the solution will no longer: 1. Determine that coverage is met within the screen Ie: If there are referenced pharmacies in the archived workscreens, those pharmacies will show as missing coverage 2. Issues for archived workscreens will no longer show on dashboards/issue counts etc. The only place the issues will display is on the archived ws tab of the listing page.
