Each required document must be labeled using the standardized naming convention, which is included in the first part of each document description before the colon. These begin with the chapter number, followed by a “period” and the list number starting with “1”; for example: if for Chapter 3 – 3.1 – short title, 3.2 –short title, etc. If there are multiple documents needing to be uploaded for an item on the document request list, add a letter to the number starting at “a”; for example: 3.1a – short title, 3.1b –short title, etc. When the naming convention label has words in “italics”, provide a short description not to exceed 35 characters.
