Entering OSV Reviewer Contact Information

Description: This article explains how to enter or edit contact information for the HRSA reviewers.

Step 1:  Click on the the "OSV" icon in the blue navigation bar on the left. 

Step 2: Click on the name of the OSV that you'd like to access. 

Step 3:  Click on "Reviewer Contact Information" in the menu bar on the left.

Step 4:  The contact page will open. Enter the contact information here so that you can easily get in touch with the reviewers if necessary. You can also make notes if you know anything about their backgrounds, locations, etc. 

Step 5: Click the blue "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the screen or click "Cancel" to discard what was entered.
