Uploading and Removing Documents

Description: This article explains how to manage the documents that are required by HRSA.

 

Step 1: Click on the "Compliance Requirements" icon in the left menu bar.

Step 2:  Click on the title for the chapter you want to work in. The Table of Contents will expand. 

Step 3: Click on "Chapter Documents." 

Step 4:  To upload, click the blue “Add Files” button on the type right of a document box.

Step 5:  A window will open. Select the file(s) and click the “open” button at the bottom right.

Step 6: The document(s) will now appear in the document box, where you can take the following actions after clicking "save" at the bottom of the screen:

  • View: click the "pop out icon" 
  • Download: click the "down arrow icon" 
  • Delete: click the "X icon"

Step 7:  When you have finished all of your uploads, check the "Reviewed" box in the left corner of the document box . If Continuous Compliance tasking is set up, the task will remain open until the "Reviewed" box is checked.
