Description: This article explains the Pharmacy Services Agreement (PSA) tile and listing page at the Covered Entity level. PSAs will be required for all covered entities that have one or more monitored contract pharmacies in the OPAIS workscreen.
PSA Tile:
This tile will display the number of records and the number of issues associated with the PSA requirements. Click the tile to access the PSA listing page.
PSA Listing Page:
Missing Coverage Table:
When applicable, a table reading “Missing Coverage” will display at the top of the page. The table outlines which contract pharmacies are not addressed within a workscreen.
Workscreen Listings:
The listings show the entity’s PSA workscreens and are broken out into two tabs: Active and Archived.
Each listing will display the names of each workscreen, its last updated date, next review date, termination date, amendments, pharmacies, issues, and the actions that can be taken (Edit, archive, and delete, respectively).
Click on the hyperlinked name to view the details of the workscreen.
Within each listing, the issues count will be displayed in red and yellow or in green. Green signifies that no issues have been recognized within the workscreen. If issues have been recognized within the workscreen, red and yellow boxes will display the number of issues that fall into each category.
Create a New Workscreen:
To create a new PSA workscreen, click the "New Workscreen" button located at the top right of the listing table.
Archive a Workscreen:
Click the bell icon to archive a workscreen. This will move the workscreen under the archived tab.
Archived workscreens will not be included on the issues count on the dashboards or digest. Any coverage within the archived workscreens is not included in SectyrHub’s rules-based logic checks.
To unarchive a workscreen, click the bell icon next to the archived workscreen. This will move the workscreen under the active tab.
