Password Reset

Description: This article describes the reset password process for all users.

Step 1: Click here or copy and paste the following URL into your browser: https://www.SectyrHub.com  

Step 2: Click “Request a Password Reset.” 

Step 3: Enter your email address and click “Send Email.”  

• A confirmation banner will appear to inform you that an email to reset your password was sent.   

Step 4: Check your email for a message from notification@sectyr.com with the Subject: "Reset your password.” 

Step 5: Click the “Visit SectyrHub and Reset Password button” in the email to be navigated back to SectyrHub. 

• Please note this link can only be used once. 

Step 6: Enter your new password, confirm the new password, and click the arrow (>) button.  

• You will receive a confirmation that your password was reset and will be redirected back to the login page.
