Description: This article explains how to view, download, and remove existing documents.
Next to each document there are three symbols:

| View |  |
Click the eye icon to view the document in a pop-up window.* |
| Download |  |
Click the arrow icon to download the document. |
| Remove |  |
Click the X icon to remove the document from the list. Removing documents may not be available given your user permissions. |
*Please note that not all types of files support the preview option.
