Selecting Attendees for OSV Meetings

Description: This article explains how to use the meeting attendee management tool.

Step 1: Click on the "OSV" icon in the left side navigation bar.

Step 2:  Click on the name of the OSV you want to work in.

Step 3: Click on "Select Attendees for OSV Meetings" in the menu on the left.

Step 4:  Click on the "i" icons in the first column to see more details about what will be discussed at each meeting. Based on that description and the recommended attendees, decide who to include in each meeting. 

Step 5: Click on the arrow in the attendees column. A popup with all of the users currently in the system will appear. 

Step 6: Click the box in the left most column next to the name of each person you want to include.  If there are people you want to include whose names do not appear in the list, they must first be added to the solution (see Users and User Roles for how to add new people.)  

Step 7: Click "Add Attendees" in the bottom right to save the people you selected for that meeting. To remove an attendee, click the X next to their name.
