Selecting and Downloading Documents for Submission to HRSA

Description: This article explains select specific documents to share with the reviewers. 

 

Step 1:  When your HRSA deadline is approaching, make sure all of the documents you need have been uploaded

Step 2:  Click the preparation tool icon for the type of submission you are preparing for (OSV, FTCA) in the left navigation bar.

Step 3:  Click the name (usually a year) of the preparation tool.

Step 4: Click "Select Documents for Submission." The menu will expand.

Step 5: Click on the chapter you want to work on.

Step 6: Look at the gray tags at the top of the box for each type of document. The tags indicate what time frame the document should be from. Only documents from within this timeframe should be selected to provide to HRSA. 

Step 7: Click "Select Documents" in the top right of the box. 

Step 8: A popup will appear. Check boxes in the left column next to each document or check the box in the title bar to select all. 

Step 9: Click the "Add Documents" button in the bottom right. The documents will appear in the list.

Step 10: Click on the "pop out" icon to view a document or the "X" icon to remove one.

Step 11: Click "Save Changes" in the bottom before navigating away from the preparation tool. Repeat until all documents have been selected. 

Step 12: Click "Download Documents for Submission." The menu will expand.

*To download all of the documents at once, click the "Download" button in the top right of the box. They will download into folders for each document type. To download the documents by the individual document types, click the "download arrow " icon next to each document type name.
