Description: The following steps will guide you through the process of creating an Audit Template.

All required fields are indicated by a red asterisk (*).

(Tip: Click the information icons Icon-Information-Glyph.png available throughout the workscreen to see additional information.)

  1. Navigate to the Covered Entity dashboard.
  2. Scroll to the Audits and Areas of Concern table.
  3. Click the Audit Templates tab.
  4. Once on the Audit Templates tab, click the Create New Audit Type button.
  5. Add a Name for the template workscreen.
  6. Scheduling audits can be set at high or low intervals. Click the frequency you wish to schedule the audit and fill in the prompted information. (Optional)
  7. Include the Number of Samples within the audit.
  8. Click Add New Column to create the template.
    • Individually select the appropriate Variable Type, Width, and Configuration. (Note: the variable type must be selected as ID Value in order to save the configuration column.)
    •  The Actions allow the columns to be rearranged and deleted.
  1. Select the Default Type within the dropdown.
  2. The Instructions box can include the instructions, resources, and tables that will pull over with the template each time an audit is created and will assist users when completing the audit process.
  3. The Methodology serves as proof of internal audits and oversight in the event of a HRSA audit. (Note: Do not enter audit results in this default methodology, as it may be shared with a Bizzell auditor.)
  4. The Scope serves as proof of internal audits and oversight in the event of a HRSA audit. (Note: Do not enter audit results in this default methodology, as it may be shared with a Bizzell auditor.)
  5. Add Additional Resources:
      • Click the "Upload New File" button to add any related document(s). For example, the original template or an extended instructions document.
      • Select the checkboxes to have the most recent crosswalks from the Medicare Cost Report workscreen automatically brought into the audits created from the template.
  6. Click the "Save" button to complete the workscreen. (Since SectyrHub 340B has inactivity logout times based on your organization's specifications, Sectyr recommends saving the workscreen if you plan to navigate away from the browser for an extended period to avoid losing work.)
