Actions:

Edit: Click the green pencil icon to access the audit template in edit mode.

Copy and Paste: Complete the following steps to copy and paste the audit template to other covered entities.

      1. Click the blue clipboard icon to copy and paste the audit template to other covered entities. You will be directed to a list of all available covered entities.
      2. Check the box for the entities that should have an identical copy of the template you are copying
Click the "Perform Copy" button. The template and its related documents will then be available at the selected entities.
          • For covered entities that have an existing template with the same name, you will have the option to save as new or overwrite the existing copy.
          • Note that, if changes are made to a template after a copy has been performed, the changes will not copy over.

Archive: Click the red half circle icon to archive an audit template. You will be asked to confirm that the template should be archived. Once archived, the template name will update to begin with "ARCHIVED," and it will no longer appear in the dropdown when selecting a template to start a new audit.

To unarchive an archived template, click the green half circle icon.

Delete: Click the red X icon to delete an existing template. You will be asked to confirm that the template should be deleted.

Note that, by deleting a template that has had audits created from it in the past, the audits made from the template will be converted to "Custom." Consequently, you may choose to archive the audit instead.
