Description: This article explains outlines the various elements on the Audit Results and Summary tab of a completed audit.
To save your work at any time, click the "Save and Continue" or “Save and Exit” button located at the bottom of the screen.
- Clicking the “Save and Continue” button will save your work while remaining on the same workscreen.
- Clicking the “Save and Exit” button will save your work then redirect you to the listing page.
Audit Documents:
Additional documents, notes, resources may be uploaded if desired.
Audit Results:
Audit results provide an overview of the data based on the information within the data table on the second tab. It includes an overview of overall results, as well as a breakdown by variable.
Areas of Concern Management:
Areas of concern can be used to help track audit trends audit to audit For more information on Areas of Concern, please refer to the article: Audit Areas of Concern.
Notes:
Notes regarding the audit and actions taken may be left within the open text box.
PDF Report:
To view/download a PDF report of the audit, including the details and results, select the View & Download button located in the top right of the page.
