Description: This article explains the Areas of Concern that can be accessed within completed audits as well as from the Areas of Concern tab located in the audits section on the Covered Entity dashboard.

After completing an audit, Areas of Concern can be created from the audit results tab. The Areas of Concern feature allows users to track results for specific audit variables audit-to-audit. One or many Areas of Concern can be created from a single audit.

The Area of Concern workscreen allows users to document causes for invalid samples, track how results change over time, store related documents, and set tasks.
