OPAIS New Registrations

Applies to: All Users, Admins, System Users and Covered Entity Users with OPAIS permissions. 

Description: This article explains how the solution identifies new registrations within the OPAIS database and how these new locations can be imported into SectyrHub 340B for monitoring.

SectyrHub 340B syncs with the OPAIS database Monday through Friday. If the solution recognizes that new locations (child sites and/or contract pharmacies) have been registered in OPAIS, the solution will create an Item for Review to prompt you to import the new location into SectyrHub so that it can be monitored.

How to Access/ View New Registrations:

1. To view new registrations for a covered entity, click the OPAIS Workscreen tile on the covered entity dashboard. This will direct you to the OPAIS Workscreen. To access edit mode, click the pencil icon located by the 340B ID at the top of the screen.
   • Newly registered locations will be listed in the top section under the first tab, "New Registrations."
   • Child sites and contract pharmacies will be displayed in two separate tables. If there are no new registrations, a “Your’re up to date” message will be displayed.
   • To view additional information for a given location, click the eye icon. 
2. To expand the number of locations in the listing, utilize the "Items per page" dropdown,
3. The listings can be sorted and filtered from the column headers.
   • Click a column header to sort into ascending/descending order. 
   • Click the magnifying glass to filter by keyword.

How to Import New Registrations:

The process for importing new registrations will be the same for both child sites and contract pharmacies.  By importing the new location, it will be pulled into the Monitored listing and SectyrHub will begin considering the location. 

1. On the New Registrations tab of the OPAIS Workscreen (in edit mode), click the checkbox(es) for the location(s) you wish to import. Once a check box has been marked, an import button will appear.
   • To select all locations displayed on the listing for import, click the checkbox located in the column header (Note: If you have more than one page of locations, this will only select the first page).
   • The listing can be expanded/ filtered prior to importing if desired.
2. Click the import button to import the selected location(s) into SectyrHub. The location(s) will then be removed from the listing and instead be available in the Monitored section below.
