OPAIS Discrepancies

Description: This article explains how the solution identifies changes to OPAIS information and how these changes can be imported into SectyrHub 340B.  

SectyrHub 340B syncs with the OPAIS database Monday through Friday. If the solution recognizes any changes to the values associated with your 340B ID (ie a change of address, an updated primary contact, or a new NPI),  the solution will create an Item for Review to prompt you to review and confirm the new information and import the new information info from OPAIS. This will overwrite the previous value in the solution to keep it up to date.  

How to Access/ View Discrepancies: 

1. To view discrepancies for a covered entity, click the OPAIS Workscreen tile on the covered entity dashboard. This will direct you to the OPAIS Workscreen. To access edit mode, click the “pencil” icon located by the 340B ID at the top of the screen.  
2. Click the Discrepancies tab to view the discrepancies. 
   • Discrepancies for sites (parent and child) and contract pharmacies will be displayed in two separate tables. If there are no discrepancies, a “Your’re up to date” message will be displayed. 
   • SectyrHub Value refers to the information within SectyrHub and OPAIS Value refers to the new information that has been identified through the OPAIS sync. 
   • To view additional information for a given location, click the “eye” icon.  
3. To expand the number of locations in the listing, utilize the "Items per page" dropdown. 
4. The listings can be sorted and filtered from the column headers. 
   • Click a column header to sort into ascending/descending order.  
   • Click the magnifying glass to filter by keyword. 

How to Import Discrepancies: 

The process for importing discrepancies will be the same for both child sites and contract pharmacies. By importing the new value, it will overwrite the previous information for the location throughout the solution. Please confirm that the update made to the OPAIS information was correct prior to importing into SectyrHub 340B.  

1. On the Discrepancies tab of the OPAIS Workscreen (in edit mode), click the checkbox(es) for the value(s) you wish to import. Once a check box has been marked, an import button will appear at the top-right of the table.  
   • To select all visible values displayed on the listing for import, click the checkbox located in the column header (Note: If you have more than one page of discrepancies, this will only select the items listed on the first page). 
2. Click the import button to import the selected values(s) into SectyrHub 340B. The value(s) will then be imported and removed from the listing.  
   • Once imported, the new information will be reflected in the Monitored section.
