How To: Exporting OPAIS Data

Description: This article provides the steps for downloading an Excel spreadsheet of an entity's OPAIS data.

Please note that the information in the exported spreadsheet is a direct reflection of the information in the tables.

Sectyr recommends addressing any discrepancies and/or new registrations to keep the data as a direct reflection of the OPAIS data.

Step 1: Begin on the OPAIS workscreen for the covered entity (accessed by the OPAIS tile on the entity's dashboard

Step 2: Click the Export to Excel button. This is located on the right of the page in alignment with the monitored and archived tabs on the lower half of the screen.

Step 3: Indicate if you would like to download sites (parent and child) and/or pharmacies.

Step 4: Click the Download Selected button.
