Scheduling Reoccurring Audits

Description: This article provides the steps for scheduling reoccurring audits. Scheduling reoccurring audits can be completed within each audit template. By turning on scheduling, new audits will automatically be created based upon the schedule, and selected users will be notified via email of the pending audits.

1. Open the audit template in edit mode (Covered Entity Dashboard → Audit Templates tab → Click pencil icon for template)
2. Click to turn on scheduling based on frequency 
   • High interval scheduling: Schedule audits that occur one or more times per month
   • Low interval scheduling: Schedule audits that occur monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually
3. Enter details of schedule
4. Save. New audits will be created from the audit template based on the schedule.
   • The due date in the audit will populate based on the value in the "Number of Days to Complete" field
   • Please note that the sample period will default to the day the audit is created. It is likely the sample period will need to be manually updated.
