Description: This article outlines the steps to review samples in the auditing workflow and create follow-ups when needed.

 

Reviewing Samples

Once samples have been selected:

  1. Mark the checkbox(es) for the question(s) you wish to answer
    • The table will filter the columns to only show the fields that will be helpful when answering each selected question. 
  2. Use your mouse and/or key board to enter in the results to each question for each sample
    • Use left/right/up/down arrows to navigate through the table
    • Quickly enter results for a sample by typing the following shortcuts:
      • Y = Yes, the results are valid
      • N = No, the results are invalid
      • D = Doesn't Apply, the question does not apply to the sample and should not be counted
      • U = Unknown, the results will calculate as invalid
    • Shift + Enter will open the dropdown on a question
  3. When needed, leave a note on a sample for a specific result.
    1. Click the cell where you wish to leave a note
    2. Enter the note in the pop up
    3. Click Save

Adding a Sample Follow-Up

If a sample needs additional follow up (research, reversal, etc), create a follow up task to track the sample:

  1. Click the Plus button for the sample (Far left column of the data table)
  2. Enter required and supplemental information 
  3. Click Create
    • The follow up will be accessible from within the audit as well as from the audit follow up dashboard
