Creating Audits

Description: This article provides an overview of the process for creating a new audit in SectyrHub 340B. 

Create a New Audit:

1. Start on the covered entity's audit dashboard
2. Click "Start New Audit" located in the top banner
3. Select Audit Type and Audit Sub-Type
   • If there are no types/sub-types available, please refer to our article on Audit Settings
4. Fill in the required fields
   • Some details of the audit will prefill but can be updated
   • Orange fields are required
5. Click the Add button and you will be redirected to the newly created audit.
