Description: This article provides an overview of the Audit Dashboard. 

 

Audit Dashboard Overview:

Click the audit icon on the sidebar to access the audit dashboard.

The audit dashboards can be accessed from the system, regional, and covered entity 340B dashboards and will reflect the information for system, region, and covered entity respectively. 

System Audit Dashboard

Users can:

  • View all audits that have been created for covered entities in the system
  • View all audit sample follow ups for the system 
  • Access/update settings that will apply to the entirety of the system
  • Filter the view to a single covered entity

Region Audit Dashboard

Users can:

  • View all audits that have been created for covered entities in the region
  • View all audit sample follow ups for the region 
  • Access/update settings that will apply to the entirety of the region
  • View settings inherited from the system settings
  • Filter the view to a single covered entity

Covered Entity Audit Dashboard

Users can:

  • View all audits that have been created for the covered entity
  • View all audit sample follow ups for the covered entity
  • Access/update settings that will apply to the covered entity
  • View settings inherited from the system and region settings
  • Start an audit
