Description: This article explains the requirement status tiles on the System dashboard.

The purpose of the requirement status tiles (Pharmacy Services Agreements (PSA), Policies & Procedures, Indigent Care Agreements, Medicare Cost Report) on the System dashboard is to provide users with an overview of compliance for all entities within the System.

Each requirement status tile on the System dashboard displays the number of covered entities that fall into each compliance status (indicated by color) for the specific requirement.

Not all entities will have the same requirements as requirements are based on entity type, control type, and information retrieved from the OPAIS workscreen. For instance, if you have 10 covered entities but only 8 have contract pharmacies that are being monitored in SectyHub 340B, the count for the PSA requirement will equal 8.

The solution determines which entities fall into each status (red, yellow, green) based upon the information entered for the requirement within each covered entity's respective requirement workscreens accessed from the covered entity dashboards.

Status Color Status Color Definition
Red Entities have failed to provide any documentation related to the requirement.
Yellow Entities have one or more deficiencies related to the requirement.
Green Entities have no recognized deficiencies related to the requirement.

Click the number for each status to view the listing of covered entities that fall into the status.

To view the specific requirement information for a covered entity that has deficiencies, click the CE name and it will direct you to the CE dashboard.
