Description: This article explains the Covered Entity Tiles on the System dashboard and their related listing pages.
Covered Entity Tiles:
The purpose of the Covered Entity Tiles on the System dashboard is to provide users with a convenient way to view all Covered Entities within the System (which can be comprised of one or more covered entities).
Below the System name, you will see a light blue banner that reads "# Total Covered Entities." The Covered Entities are broken into tiles below this banner based on entity type. For instance, if your System has 5 Disproportionate Share Hospitals, 2 Critical Access Hospitals, and 3 Family Planning clinics, you would see a banner that reads: "10 Total Covered Entities" and would have three tiles that read: 5 DSH, 2 CAH, 3 FP.
Covered Entities Listing Pages:
The purpose of the listing pages is to provide an overview of Covered Entities, allow users to view OPAIS information for each entity, and enable users to drill down to the entity-specific dashboards.
Click the banner to view a listing of all Covered Entities within the System. Clicking a type-specific tile (such as DSH, RWI, etc) will provide a listing of all the entities of that type. All listing pages will include the same information: 340B ID, Entity Name, Program Type, Certification Date, Child Site count, Contract Pharmacy count, number of Issues, and Actions.
Click the eye icon to see the OPAIS information for the corresponding entity, click the entity name to enter the Covered Entity Dashboard for the corresponding entity, and click the number to view the related child sites and contract pharmacies for the corresponding entity.
To filter the listing, click the magnifying glass for the column you would like to filter by, enter in your search term, and click enter. You can filter by more than one column header at a time as well. Clicking a column header will sort the list into ascending/descending order.
