Description: This article covers the audit table and listing page that can be found on the system dashboard, regional dashboards, and the user dashboard. Clicking into the audit table will provide a more detailed breakdown in the form of audit listings.
Audit Table: The audit table breaks down the audits that have been completed within the solution.
- From a system dashboard, it will show an overview of all audits within the system.
- From a regional dashboard, it will show an overview of all audits within the region.
- From a user dashboard, it will show an overview of all audits for the covered entities to which the user has access.
The table breaks the audits apart based on the audit types: Internal (self) and External (independent). For each type of audit, it provides a breakdown based upon the number of audits that fall into each category:
- In Progress
- Past Due
- Due This Week
- Due This Month
- Due This Quarter
- Completed This Year
Audit Listing: Clicking into the hyperlinked numbers will display a listing of the audits that fall into the given category. Each listing will include:
- covered entity name
- internal/external indicator
- type of audit (template from which the audit was made)
- status
- sample period
- start date
- due date
- actions
To access the covered entity dashboard directly from this listing, click the covered entity name.
To access view mode of a given audit, click the hyperlinked "Internal" or "External".
To access edit mode of a given audit, click the green pencil in the actions column for the given audit.
To delete the audit, click the red "X" in the actions column for the given audit.
