Description: This article explains the HRSA Audits Overview table and HRSA Audits Key Dates table displayed on the System level dashboard. The purpose of these tables is to provide System users with a high-level overview of what key dates and events related to HRSA audits and mock audits are upcoming for all covered entities within the System. These tables are driven by the information added at the covered entity level.

Both the Overview table and the Status and Key Upcoming Dates table are broken into two tabs: HRSA Audits and Mock HRSA Audits. Depending on the tab you are on, you will see either a breakdown of HRSA audits or mock audits. Click the tabs to navigate between them.

Audits Overview Table:

This table will display a HRSA Audit status and the number of covered entities that fall into the status. It will only display a count for covered entities that are in an active HRSA audit or in the steps of completing follow-up. It will not show a count of covered entities with archived HRSA audits. 

If no covered entities within the system are actively addressing steps of a HRSA audit, the table will say "No Current HRSA Audits." 

To view the covered entities that fall into each status, click the hyperlinked status name. This will take you to a listing page where you can see all covered entities that fall into the category. Click the covered entity name to access the covered entity dashboard.
